Is this for me?
Soul Seated Journey is designed for emerging adults, ages 18 to 29,who are moving through the transitions of early adulthood. A lot is shifting at this stage—school, work, relationships, identity, figuring out where you fit. We especially welcome those who have had less access to the kinds of support, community, and resources to make this stage of life easier to navigate. If you’ve been doing it more on your own than you’d like- this was built with you in mind.
Financial need is not a barrier to participation. If cost is a concern, reach out—we have options.
Do I need a degree or diploma to participate?
No. There are no educational requirements to join Soul Seated Journey. We welcome emerging adults from all backgrounds — including those who are navigating life without a traditional academic path. What matters is where you are right now, and your willingness to show up.
How is this different from therapy or other wellness programs?
Soul Seated Journey is not a clinical treatment. It is a structured experience grounded in science and wisdom: built for community, not individual therapy. Where most wellness spaces focus on the individual, we believe in the power of the group. You aren't doing this alone. The support and connections you develop here are designed to be part of your everyday life: not just a temporary escape.
Is this evidence-based?
Our foundation is built on more than just a feeling. We lean on rigorous science and compassion research, working alongside leaders in the field to refine every part of the journey. To us, this is about accountability. We want to know that what we are building truly supports your growth in the long run. No experiments and no fluff. Just a commitment to doing what works. If you want to know more about the science behind the soul, just ask.
Do I need any prior experience?
No prior experience is needed. This is designed to meet you where you are. Whether this is your first time exploring this kind of work or something you’ve engaged with before, you’ll be supported at your own pace.
Is Soul Seated Journey a religious program?
No. The work draws from contemplative wisdom traditions, but it is not religious in practice. No particular belief system is required or assumed. Whatever your background: spiritual, secular, or questioning, you're welcome here as you are.
What are Soul Seated Socials?
Soul Seated Socials are free, low-key gatherings: open to anyone with no commitment expected. They are a chance to meet people, slow down, and get a real feel for the Soul Seated Journey community before deciding anything. Some people come once out of curiosity. Others keep coming back for the connection and eventually apply for the Journey. Either is completely fine. The door is always open.
What does the full Journey actually look like?
Soul Seated Journey is an ongoing path rather than a one-time program. It starts at our Soul Seated Socials, which are free community gatherings open to everyone. When you are ready to go further, you can apply for the Immersion: an 8-week in-person experience followed by a 2 to 3 month integration phase. Even after that, you are still part of the fold. The relationships and resources you build stay with you for the long haul. There is no graduation here, only a deeper way of living.
What will I actually get out of this?
Most people who come to Soul Seated aren't broken. They're functioning— sometimes even thriving on the outside. But something internally feels off. They sense a gap between who they are and how they're living, even if they don't yet have the words for it.
Soul Seated exists for that gap.
This isn't a program that hands you a roadmap or a new identity. It's a space to come back into honest relationship with yourself — with who you actually are, beneath the roles, the expectations, and the noise. People leave with a stronger inner foundation. Not all the answers, but a clearer sense of the ground beneath them.
How long is the journey?
The journey starts with an 8-week, in-person immersion, beginning with an orientation session. After that, there is a 3 month integration phase where you continue with group check-ins, one-on-one sessions, and community gatherings. The relationships and resources you build can continue beyond that.
How much time does this require each week?
During the 8-week immersion, you can expect: one 3-hour in-person session each week, one one-on-one session every two weeks, and one full-day service experience during the 8 weeks
You’ll also be invited to spend small, consistent moments in between sessions engaging with practices through the app. During the integration phase, you’ll have the option to join weekly 45-minute virtual check-ins, continue one-on-one sessions, and attend community gatherings.
When do applications open and close?
Applications are expected to open in May 2026 and close in July 2026. We recommend applying early, as space is limited.
How do I apply?
Applications are submitted through our website. Each application is reviewed to support readiness and group fit. This is not an open enrollment experience. If you feel curious or ready, you’re encouraged to apply, even if you’re not completely sure.
How will I know if I’ve been selected?
You’ll receive an email with a decision by July 2026. No matter the outcome, we’ll share next steps and ways to stay connected.
